Q: What is LEGO® MINDSTORMS®?
A: LEGO MINDSTORMS is a programmable robotics construction set that gives you the power to build and program your own LEGO robots. The new LEGO MINDSTORMS EV3 set includes everything you need – motors, sensors, programmable intelligent brick, cables, remote control, and TECHNIC elements – to create robots that walk, talk, move and do whatever you want them to. Build your own robot and program it through the intuitive software program, the programmable brick or your smart device. If you can think it, LEGO MINDSTORMS lets you create and command it!

問：LEGO MINDSTORMS® 到底是什麼東東？
答：LEGO MINDSTORMS是可以寫程式控制的機器人建構套件，讓你自己組裝機器人、自己寫程式控制你的機器人。新上市的LEGO MINDSTORMS EV3套件有你所需要的東西 -- 馬達、感應器、可以寫程式的智慧型主機、電線、遙控器，以及一大堆的科技系列積木零件 -- 足以讓你創作出一台會走路、會說話、會動作的機器人，要它做什麼事都可以喔！

Q: What does EV3 stand for?
A: This is the third generation of LEGO MINDSTORMS platform and the “EV” stands for evolution, hence EV3.

問：那麼EV3代表什麼意思呢？
答：這是LEGO MINDSTORMS的第三代機器人設備，”EV”就是英文字evolution（進化），兩個加起來就叫做EV3。

問：當我拿到LEGO® MINDSTORMS® EV3 套件時，裡面有什麼東西呢？
答：一台EV3主機，兩顆大型馬達，一顆中型馬達，一顆觸碰感應器，一顆彩色感應器，一顆紅外線感應器，一個遙控器，幾條電線，SB連接線，超過500個的科技系列積木零件。

（插嘴：P-brick就是可以寫程式的積木，我還是叫它主機好了）

Q: What is a P-brick?
A: P-Brick means Programmable Brick. The P-Brick is the intelligent programmable microcomputer that controls motors and sensors, as well as providing wireless communication through Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

問：什麼是P-brick主機呢？
答：主機就是可以寫程式控制的積木，它是一台智慧型微電腦，可以控制馬達及感應器，還有WiFi及藍牙的無線通訊功能。

（插嘴：WiFi又不是內建，老是講這個功能幹嘛？）
