MindSqualls v2.2

根據論壇消息得知，MindSqualls v2.2 已經釋出。

修正一些臭蟲：

• Optimized code for reading the Ultrasonic sensor (and other I2C based sensors like e.g. the HiTechnic sensors). 25% more efficient!
• Speed optimization for USB.
• Added method for sending a byte-array to the NXT via MessageWrite().
• Bugfixes for USB.
• Bugfixes for MotorControl.
• General bugfixes.
