因應作業系統的升級，LEGO MINDSTORMS Education EV3 的控制軟體也從NI LabVIEW為主的EV3 Lab變更為Scratch 3的EV3 Classroom。另外EV3教育版的策略還有推向更高層次的EV3 MicroPython。
總之，在樂高教育官網有許多EV3樂高機器人的課程，非常值得學習，我想就算是使用其他機器人教具，也是作為課程開發參考的重要資料。
這些課程計畫所使用的程式範例，有一部份已經漸漸修改為非EV3 Lab程式，表示樂高教育官網也與時漸進。
